This survey is to be completed by dancers on our Elite & Elite Too Stars team! The minimum number of dances to compete is four (4) dances. This survey will let us know if you are wanting to only participate in the minimum # of dances or if you want to participate in more than the minimum. Please note: depending on the team 4 dances may be the maximum. You do not need to know which team you will be on next season to complete this survey.
